Abicare has an exciting new role for a Carer Liaison Coordinator working with the Live-in team at their head office in Salisbury. The Carer Liaison Coordinator (CLC) will be responsible for ensuring we have a good bank of Abicare Live-in or agency carers, with up to date carer profiles to ensure that we can provide the best match to our new and existing live-in clients.
The Carer Liaison Coordinator will work collaboratively with the Live-In Teams on a daily basis to understand upcoming carer requirements for the service.
CLC will liaise with Abicare recruitment and CareMatch to ensure new starters are looked after including full RTW compliance and initial inductions. The CLC will maintain contact with new starters until they go into post and throughout that initial settling in period.
CLC will continue to build relationships with the carers in order to build up the matching process between carers and clients (know the carers specific skills e.g. driver, speaks a particular language, experience in caring for people with specific medical conditions etc).
The CLC will maintain regular contact with all carers not in post, promoting the Abicare brand and ensuring they are put forward for relevant packages coming on board.
You will have:
● Previous experience working within the social care sector
● Excellent administrative, organisational, and IT skills
● Previous knowledge of recruitment RTW
● Proactive and the confidence to build new
● Assertive, but personable - a definite people person, organised and able to manage high volumes of carer and client traffic across their desk
● Possess excellent analytical and communication skills
● The ability to work alone and as part of a larger team
