A Staff Shortage in Adult Social Care

There is currently a crisis in Adult Social Care – a record number of people need care but there are not enough carers to cope with the demand. 

One of the main problems that our industry faces is that this has been a problem for many years, and so this crisis does not hit the headlines as much as it should. 

Ultimately, it’s those that need care who suffer the most and in 2021 this should not be the case. Working in Social Care is extremely rewarding – You can help make a real difference to the lives of others and help build meaningful relationships.
