What we offer:

Visiting Care

Based on the care plan and specific needs of you or your loved one, our carers can visit at specific times of the day- You can choose the amount of visits you require per day or per week and for how long each visit will last. 

We provide home care in and around Salisbury, Swindon, Bradford-on-Avon, Basingstoke and South East Wales.

Respite Care

If your usual caregiver needs to take a break, we offer respite care to help support you and your caregiver.

Live-in Care

As well as providing visiting care and respite care, Abicare offers live-in care for post-op Bariatric Care. One of our trained live-in carers will live with you or your loved one at home to provide the practical and compassionate support that you need, based on your requirements and person-centered care plan.  We provide live-in care throughout England and Wales.

We will work with you or your loved one to create a care plan based on your needs, which may include:

• Help sustaining weight loss and improving overall health.

• Self-care routines designed to prevent associated medical conditions.

• Support for obesity-related mental health issues.

Daily care tasks may include:

• Moving you back and forth between bed and chair, chair and toilet, etc.
• Moving you between different lying positions.
• Repositioning you in bed.
• Repositioning you in a wheelchair, armchair, etc.
• Personal hygiene.
• Assistance with skin care/wound treatment.
