Location: Vickers Business Centre, Basingstoke
Salary: £9.00 per hour
Hours: 20 per week, Monday to Friday, 9.15am-1.15pm

An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced Office Administrator to join our team in Basingstoke.

It is essential that you have an excellent telephone manner and be computer literate. Ideally you will have at least one year of office experience and be able to be proactive and meet deadlines. Reception experience preferred but not essential.

Your duties will include:

  • Answering incoming telephone calls and dealing with accordingly, ensuring they are correctly directed and monitored
  • Administrative duties including letters, emails, agendas, reports and managing general enquiries, as and when required
  • Recruitment support – regularly liaising with head office team regarding vacancies and interviews, meeting candidates and attending job fairs
  • Filing – making new files for clients, monitoring files to ensure all staff have the correct documentation within their personnel file
  • Database administration of clients and staff
  • Ordering stationery supplies, maintaining a supply of carer’s equipment and ensuring there is a ready supply of Abicare documents available
  • Looking after any Abicare visitors
  • Maintaining the office diary; recording appointments, absence & holidays
  • Communicating rota changes if and when required
