Having discussed what you need, we draw up a Care Plan, that can be modified, should your needs change. The Care plan once agreed, remains in your home and is readily changed if your needs change. We work hard to facilitate an independent, comfortable lifestyle in your own home. We have an emergency 24 hour on call service. Practical tasks include: • Making beds. • Emptying commodes. • Help with shopping (either escorting you or doing it for you) and appointments. • Preparing meals. • Help with washing, dressing and toileting • Collecting pensions and benefits • Sitting service • Supervision of medication • Stoma care, catheter care, personal care • Bathing Once enrolled with Abicare a senior member of your care team reviews your care plan regularly and discusses any changes that might benefit you or you wish to make.
