What is Abilink

Imagine having the ability to talk to a friendly face, a carer or relative, at any time, simply by using your television set. No new remote controls to get to grips with, no new boxes to have to understand, just your own television.

Using Abilink you can have access to your healthcare support team or you can call your relatives or friends. When you call as well as talking to them, you'll be able to see them and they'll see you, all through your own TV.

You can have daily contact with grandchildren – see them when they get in from their first day back at school, be involved with birthdays and celebrations, see what they have made and let them see what you have been doing -  all through your own television.

With Abilink we are able to offer an enhanced care package where you are able to receive carers into your own home or via our televisual link. You need have no more worries about falling or being unable to get out of bed – if you don’t answer your pre-arranged calls then we will call you to make sure you are okay.  This means you can see us and we can see you and help you through any problems you may have had.
